Lead Cove is a tiny community located on Route 80 between Sibley's Cove and Old Perlican. The name "Lead Cove" could have been taken from the lead-grey rock that surrounds the shallow cove. In the past people in the The town relied on the inshore fishery, but today most people commute to other towns for work.
