LOCATION: North River | | Greeley's Reel consists of six family members and friends who specialize in playing Irish Newfoundland Music. They are known for their harmonies, and their great mixture of Irish, Newfoundland, Folk, and Bluegrass Music, with crowd pleasing jigs and reels, and shanty's such as "The Islander" and "Excursion Around The Bay". In the summer of 2004, they released their CD - Greeley's Reel, and hope to release a follow-up album sometime in late 2007 or early 2008.

Hant's Harbour [Municipality on the Baccalieu Trail incorporated 10/13/1970. Population 401 - 2006 census] The first crab plant in Newfoundland and Labrador was opened in Hant's Harbour in 1967. The Custard Head Fishing Premises are a fine example of a turn of the century fishing stage head and
shed.

Harbour Authority of Port de Grave. Port de Grave Harbour, which was officially opened on August 19, 2000 after major re-development, is currently home to approximately 106 fishing and recreational boats. The Morgan & Hawe Memorial, home to the Harbour Supervisor, is the site for the transaction of all harbour business. The Harbour Authority also uses this building as a community information center to assist the thousands of visitors who drop in and around the building to take a look at the boats in the harbour and its many activities relating to the fishing industry. From this building, the Harbour Supervisor operates the 50 computerized electrical outlets, 2 - 7.5 horsepower salt water wash down pumps, freshwater hoses and the lights around the harbour. The Harbour Authority provides a weekly garbage collection and a waste disposal tank.
The Port de Grave Harbour has two finger piers, a marginal wharf, Fishermen's centre wharf, Hussey's Cove wharf, twelve floating docks, and at Ship Cove a marginal and a finger pier. The floating docks we have 26 electrical outlets.

Harbour Grace [Municipality on the Baccalieu Trail incorporated
7/10/1945 Population 3,074 - 2006 census] The scenic town of Harbour Grace, one of largest on the Baccalieu Trail, has one of the most well developed harbours on the Avalon Peninsula. It is also one of the earliest settled areas in Canada with a recorded history that spans almost 500 years.

Heart's Content [Municipality on the Baccalieu Trail incorporated

] The Town of Heart's Content is peaceful and beautiful fishing community. Although the most famous event in the town's history is the landing of the first Transatlantic Cable, the town's harbour was well know to early settlers. John Guy's colonists mention the harbour by name in 1610. >
